How to create an account?
Сomplete registration: enter your email, fill in your work details, and confirm your email address. After that, message the Telegram bot @MybrocardBot — it will activate access to your agency accounts. All further communication will take place in a Telegram chat. Alternatively, you can work independently from your personal dashboard.
What ad networks are available?
Currently available networks: FB, Google, TG Ads, Moloco. New network accounts are in development.
What happens if an account gets banned?
If the spend before the ban was less than $50 — we provide a new account free of charge. If the spend was higher — we withdraw the remaining funds from the banned account and open a new one.
Why is an agency account better than a direct one?
Agency accounts have higher spend limits, less strict creative review, and a lower entry threshold. Plus team access with roles and unified management of multiple accounts from a single interface.
How quickly is a deposit credited?
Deposits to the platform and the service balance used to fund ad accounts are processed instantly.
Can I work as a team? How do I manage access?
Yes. There is a role system: Owner, Team Lead, Buyer, and others. The Owner can add an unlimited number of members. Each member only sees what corresponds to their role.
Is there anti-ban / cloaking support?
We do not provide cloaking — that is a separate tool on the buyer's side. We help with account setup for your vertical and advise on working with moderation through a personal manager.
